SICILIAN CAPONATA 280 GRAMS

The Sicilian caponata is a mix of typical Sicilian flavors and aromas. Ingredients: Peeled tomato, Eggplant, Peppers, Celery, Onion, Pitted green olives, Capers, Almonds, Extra virgin olive oil, Pine nuts, Raisins, Sunflower oil, Red wine vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Pepper, Salt. Processing: After having carefully washed all the vegetables, the eggplants are cut into cubes and left to soak for a few hours with water and salt. Then they are grilled, in another pan is made a sauté and add the peppers cut into fillets. In another pan is cooked the sauce with capers, olives, almonds, pine nuts and pepper. At the end are added eggplant and peppers and extra-virgin olive oil. Net weight: 280 grams
